How to get there from Manila? 

For commuters, take a bus going to North (Baguio, Tarlac, Pangasinan). Drop at Dau Terminal in Pampanga. Take a walk to the highway and take Jeepney going to Mabalacat Market. Drop again at the Market and ask for the Jeepney Terminal going to Marcos Village. From Marcos Village, take a trike to Paradise Ranch.

For guest with service vehicles, simply take NLEX North Bound and exit at Dau Tollway. Take SCTEX Clark North Exit. Drive towards the highway until you reach the Sacobia Bridge going to Paradise Ranch.
